I turn on the program in the background for the whole night, since during the day there is no chance to do this. Dizziness still happens, but less often. There were moments, when after listening for five days it was very bad, but then it got better. Now there I have more strength and energy. Understand, that it takes time to fully recover, and I need to listen again and again, but, anyway, thank you for your invention, which gives me a chance to become healthy and return to my normal life!!!
