I listen regularly, the results are encouraging. Immediately felt increased creativity and
lift the mood, compose, sing throughout the day. Increased creative thinking. Health - feeling great.
When I started listening, I felt a strong cleansing of the body in the early days. Apparently the body has dumped accumulated toxins.
