I want to express special gratitude from me and my parents!!! Words can't express how happy I am, that my parents are recovering before our eyes. An aged patient underwent aorto-femoral-popliteal prosthetics, an operation was performed on a trophic ulcer on the foot, we were hoping for good luck (it was necessary to save the leg), that the lymph will not rise infection, but no, bad luck. First there was a prolonged lymphorrhea, then periprosthetic suppuration, what is an indication for extirpation (removing) shunt (prosthesis), this would subsequently lead to amputation of the left lower limb and disability of the patient. Another purulent cavity opened, very decent size considering the amount of pus discharged. Continued dressing with ointment, didn't get a result. It was decided to let the patient go home for a couple of days and then perform surgical treatment in the amount of shunt extirpation. On weekends, the patient at home simply changed the bandages and applied brilliant green to the wound. He came a couple of days later, and we did not receive a drop of pus. The patient was bandaged for a few more days with a mixed ointment and switched to brilliant green. I asked the head of vascular surgery: "It helped?", response: "It helped!". There are many such results, more and more patients are recovering. One problem, disbelief of people and doctors themselves. We got a very great results in orthopedics, ENT department, but unfortunately single results. The problem is, what if I don't need, then they don't need (other doctors or patients). And I can't help everyone, my patients are happy! I want to share my experience and tell others, giving everyone a chance to get better! P.S. I dare to distract you, talking about one interesting case of using mix ointments. Patient 74 years old, very active, not even an old man, but a man. Coronary artery bypass surgery restored his heart, but given his age and diabetes, he was severely crippled. I even designed a new generation corset for him, which allowed him to do without a second operation after non-union of the sternum (more specifically, fracture), to alleviate his condition.
