Down syndrome treatment
Until the middle of the XX century causes of Down syndrome remained unknown, however, there was a known relationship between the probability of having a child with Down syndrome and age of the mother, it was also known that, that all races were affected by the syndrome. There was a theory that, that the syndrome is caused by a combination of genetic and hereditary factors. Other theories were , that it is caused by injuries during childbirth.
In the XX century Down syndrome has become quite common. The patients were observed worldwide, but only a small part of the symptoms could be stopped. Most of the patients died as infants or children.
For the first time in the world, an amazing result was obtained in a patient with Down syndrome.
